Idham has been involved in tenant management organisations and housing co-operatives for the past 18 years. He has worked for the local authorities Camden, Hackney and Lambeth. His most recent post, prior to joining Wimbledon Park, was managing an estate in Kennington, Lambeth, which has a similar design to Wimbledon Park.
