Non-Emergency Repairs
If you are a Leaseholder you can only request repairs to communal areas. If you live in a property managed by a private landlord or estate agent, you should always contact them first.
Council tenants should contact the Estate office to report repairs during normal working hours, (10am-4pm) – 0208 780 9980.
Emergency Repairs
For emergency out of hours repairs, contact Wandsworth Joint Control Centre (JCC) on 020 8871 7490. (Formally operational under Wandsworth Emergency Control – WEC)
