    Non-urgent repairs

    If you are a leaseholder you can only request repairs to communal areas. If you live in a property managed by a private landlord or estate agents you should always contact them first.

    If you are a council tenant you are responsible for some repairs within your home, but the co-op will maintain fixtures and fittings. Find out what the council is responsible for.

    Report and track a repair

    In addition to reporting and tracking a repair online, you can also view your rent account and make payments by registering for online housing services.

    Emergency repairs

    For emergency repairs in normal working hours contact the office.
