Non Residential Units – Store Sheds and Bike Spaces

The Co-operative looks after some 150 store sheds across the Estate and a number of free bike places.

The store sheds are rented through the Council who collect the rent payable on the unit while the Co-op provides an administration function. Store sheds are always oversubscribed and we operate a waiting list. Adding your name to the waiting list does not automatically guarantee a shed will be allocated to you as we may prioritise residents based on needs or vulnerabilities.

The policy of the Co-operative is that residents need to set up a Direct Debit with Wandsworth Council to have a store shed. If you are offered a shed you need to complete a form which is sent to the Council. A tenancy agreement is provided. We give you a set of keys to the shed which we do not keep copies of and you are reponsible for maintining the shed in good order and returning the keys at the end of the tenancy.

Bike slaces are very limited as there are not many areas we can put bike shelters in and we operate a waiting list.

If you would like to go on the waiting list for either a shed or a bike space, please contact the office.
