Non-emergency repairs
If you are a leaseholder or a private tenant, you can request a repair to the communal areas. Leaseholders are responsible for repairs within their homes. If you are a private tenant of a leaseholder, please contact your landlord.
Council tenants or leaseholders requesting a repair to the communal area should contact the Estate Office. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm. You can either visit us in person (Flat 2 Fernwood), contact us by phone on 0208 780 9980 or email us at [email protected]
Emergency repairs
For emergency out-of-hours repairs, contact Wandsworth Joint Control Centre on 020 8871 8999.
Awaab’s Law
Awaab’s Law came into force for socially rented homes on the 27th of October 2025. This legislation requires social landlords to carry out reported damp, mould, and emergency repairs within strict timeframes.
