Idham Ramadi – Estate Manager
Idham has been involved in tenant management organisations and housing co-operatives for the past 18 years. He has worked for the local authorities of Camden, Hackney and Lambeth.
Before joining Wimbledon Park Co-operative, his most recent post was managing an estate in Kennington, Lambeth, with a similar design to Wimbledon Park.
Jake Patten – Customer Services Officer
Jake joined Wimbledon Park Co-operative in August 2024. He has over a decade of experience in customer-facing roles, and before joining the Co-op worked in luxury retail.
