Communal areas cleaning
Cleaning and caretaking of the communal areas on the estate is carried out by Cleanology. Cleanology provides a team of two caretakers, seven days a week. Their responsibilities include:
- Hoovering, sweeping, and mopping of communal staircases, walkways, and lobbies.
- Cleaning of handrails, bannisters, communal doors, light fittings, walls, and windows located in communal areas.
- Mopping and wiping of lift doors, floors and walls.
- Clearing of litter from communal areas inside and out, and removal of dumped fly-tipped waste.
- Tidying of bin chambers and rotating of bins. Unblocking of bin chutes.
- Removal of graffiti, broken glass, and fouling from communal areas.
- Leaf clearing from pathways, roads, and car parks. Gritting of communal paths.

Grounds maintenance
Maintenance of the green spaces on the estate is the responsibility of Wandsworth Council. Their activities include:
- Grass cutting and maintenance.
- Pruning of shrubs and hedging.
- New planting.
- Tree management.
Wimbledon Park Estate are fortunate to have a resident-led volunteer gardening group who opperate year round across the estate. If you are interested in taking part, please contact the estate office.
