Parking on the estate
A Traffic Management Order (TMO) is in place on the estate. Vehicles parked on the estate must display a valid estate resident parking permit or visitor parking permit in their windscreen. If you fail to do so, you will receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
Residents’ Permit
You can apply for a free resident parking permit if you live on the estate. You can apply for one permit per vehicle and up to four per household.
To apply for a resident permit, simply complete and return the application form along with documents confirming proof of residence and proof of vehicle ownership.

Visitors’ Permit
If you are a council tenant or leaseholder of a property on the estate, you can apply for a free visitor permit. You can apply for one permit per household. The permit can be given to visitors to display in their vehicle’s windscreen. The permit must be returned to the resident once the visitor has left the estate.
To apply for a visitor permit, simply complete and return the application form along with a document confirming proof of residence.
