- Tenancy conditions for flexible fixed term tenancies starting before 1 May 2023
Anti-social behaviour (ASB)
We will investigate all ASB complaints about neighbours and take action where necessary. Tenants are responsible for their own behaviour and that of anyone living in or visiting their home and must ensure they do not engage in ASB that causes nuisance, harassment, or damage. Breaching ASB rules can lead to legal action and the risk of losing your home.

Contents insurance
Council tenants are responsible for insuring the contents of their home, such as furniture, appliances and other household items. Council tenants’ contents are not covered under any policy with the Co-operative or Wandsworth Council.
