Non emergency repairs
If you are a leaseholder or private tenant, you can request repairs to communal areas. Leaseholders are responsible for repairs to their own property.
If you live in a property managed by a private landlord or estate agent, you should always contact them about any issues with your property.
Council tenants should contact the Estate Office to report repairs during normal working hours, (10am-4pm) – 0208 780 9980.
